LM393ADT is a low-power, dual-voltage comparator. It is designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. This comparator also has a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground even though operated from a single power supply voltage. It offers additional ESD robustness of 2KV HBM on all pins.
- Wide single supply voltage range or dual supplies: 2V to 36V or ±1V to ±18V
- Supply current is 0.45mA typical at (VCC = 5V, no load)
- Input bias current is 20nA typical at (VCC+ = 5V, VCC- = GND, Tamb = 25°C)
- Input offset current is 3nA typical at (VCC+ = 5V, VCC- = GND, Tamb = 25°C)
- Input common-mode voltage range includes negative rail
- Low output saturation voltage is 80mV typical at (Isink = 4mA)
- Differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage
- TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible, ESD internal protection: 2kV HBM
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- SO8 package
