LM339DT

LM339DT consists of four independent precision-voltage comparators. Each comparator has been designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operations from split power supplies is also possible. These comparators also have a unique characteristic in that the input common mode voltage range includes ground, even though operated from a single power supply voltage.

• Very low supply current (1.1mA) independent of supply voltage
• Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
• Low output saturation voltage: 250mV typ; (ISINK = 4mA)
• Differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage
• TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible outputs
• Large signal voltage gain is 200V/mV typ at VCC = 15V, RL = 15kohm, Vo = 1V to 11V
• Output sink current is 16mA typ at VID= 1V, Vo = 1.5V, VCC+ = +5V, VCC- = GND, Tamb = +25°C
• Response time is 1.3μs typ at RL= 5.1kohm connected to VCC+, VCC+ = +5V, VCC- = GND, Tamb = +25°C

• 0°C to +70°C temperature range
