The B2100-13-F is a high voltage Schottky Barrier Rectifier with moulded plastic case and lead-free solderable matte tin-finish as per MIL-STD-202 standard. It can be suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection application.
