ULN2004AS16-13

ULN2004AS16-13 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array that contains seven open collector common emitter pairs. Suppression diodes are included for inductive load driving. The inputs and outputs are pinned in opposition to simplify board layout. It is capable of driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal print-heads, and high-power buffers.

• Off-state input current is 65µA typ at VCE=50V, IC=500µA, TA=+25°C
• Input current is 0.35mA typ at VI=5V, TA=+25°C
• Clamp reverse current is 100µA max at TA=+105°C, VR=50V
