MAX6220ASA-4.1+T

The MAX6220ASA-4.1+T is a low noise, precision voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This voltage reference features buried zener technology for low noise 2.4µVp-p (0.1Hz to 10Hz) performance. Excellent line regulation, load regulation and low output impedance at high frequency make the device ideal for high resolution data conversion systems up to 16 bits. It is used in high accuracy process control, ATE equipment and precision current sources.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
• Temperature coefficient is ±2ppm/°C
• Source and sink output current is ±15mA
• Line regulation is 2ppm/V and load regulation is 1ppm/mA at 25°C
