The ND431825 is a 7-pin dual SCR Isolated Module for use in applications requiring phase control and has aluminum nitride insulator. The POW-R-BLOKTM module is isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heat sink and quick connect gate terminal with provision for Keyed mating plug.
