The ND431625NA is a 250A POW-R-BLOK™ dual SCR Isolated Module designed for use in applications requiring phase control and isolated packaging. The module is isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heat sink. POW-R-BLOK™ has been tested and recognized by the Underwriters Laboratories.
