Product Overview
Qspeed™ family 300V, 12A Q-series common cathode diode has the lowest QRR of any 300V silicon diode. Its recovery characteristics increase efficiency, reduce EMI and eliminate snubbers. Typical applications include AC/DC and DC/DC output rectification, output and freewheeling diodes, motor control drive circuits and DC-AC inverters.
