Product Overview

The PICOSCOPE 4262 from Pico Technology is a PicoScope 4000 series high resolution PC based oscilloscope with 2 channels. With its 5MHz bandwidth, it can easily analyze audio, ultrasonic and vibration signals, characterize noise in SMPS, measure distortion and perform a wide range of precision measurement tasks. The PicoScope 4262 is a full-featured oscilloscope with a function generator and 16bit, 192KS/s arbitrary waveform generator that includes a sweep function to enable frequency response analysis. It also offers mask limit testing, math and reference channels, advanced digital triggering, serial decoding, automatic measurements and colour persistence display. When used in spectrum analyzer mode, it provides a menu of 11 automatic frequency-domain measurements such as IMD, THD, SFDR and SNR. Digital triggering reduces trigger errors and allows oscilloscope to trigger on smallest signals even at the full bandwidth.
  • Rise time is 70ns, input sensitivity is 2mV/div to 4V/div, 10MS/s sampling, buffer memory is 16ms
  • Front panel has 2 BNC input channels and a BNC output for function generator and AWG
  • Rear panel has a USB port for connection to PC and a BNC for an external trigger to be connected
  • Advanced digital triggers including pulse width, windowed and dropout triggers
  • I²C, I²S, CAN bus, SPI, RS232/UART, LIN serial protocols
  • low noise of 8.5µV RMS, low distortion of 96dB SFDR
  • USB2.0 for PC connectivity, powered from USB port
  • Software compatible with Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10, 32bit or 64bit
  • 210mm x 135mm x 40mm size, 500g weight, 0°C to 45°C operating temperature, EN61010-1 safety approval
