67-1-C-12/5

67-1-C-12/5 is a 67 series high voltage dry reed relay. It is small size and encapsulated in plastic package with internal mu-metal magnetic screen. It is constructed by using a lead frame in a Single-in-Line format and features former-less coils which enable a smaller package. The unusual package style allows interesting stacking possibilities when used to construct high density multiplexers or matrices. Typical applications include test & measurement, medical, automotive, Hipot Testing, mining, oil & gas and cable testing.

Notes

High voltages and stray capacitance can generate very high current pulses, which can damage the contact plating causing welding of the reed switch.
