100HC-1-A-12/1D

100HC-1-A-12/1D is a 100HC series high power dry SIL reed relay. It offer high coil resistances than the similar specification series 114. The greater winding space allows the switch to rate upto 3Amps continuous carry current and even higher levels in pulsed current applications. The sputtered ruthenium contacts makes them suitable for low level or ‘dry’ switching applications and reduces heating effect from the higher coil resistances and gives them thermal EMF performance less than 10μV.
