Product Overview
ERJU06F1000V is an ERJ U type, ERJ-U06 series anti-sulfurated thick film chip resistor. It provides excellent resistance to sulfuration by using an Ag-Pd based inner electrode. High reliability is ensured by utilizing metal glaze thick film resistive elements and three layers of electrodes. This resistor is suitable for automotive, industrial, factory automation, and power supply applications, servers, base station, lightings, the infrastructure systems such as exposure often to ambient air.
- 100 ohm resistance
- ±1% resistance tolerance
- 0805 [2012 Metric] resistor case
- ±100ppm/°C temperature coefficient
- High resistance to sulfurization by adopting anti-sulfurated electrode structure and material
- Suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
- Reference standard: IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, JEITA RC-2134C and AEC-Q200 compliant
- Adoption in new designs, easy mounting and cost reduction
- 150V voltage rating and 125mW power rating
- Category temperature range from -55 to +155°C
