Product Overview
The AQW614EH is a general use AC/DC MOSFET Relay with 5000V reinforced insulation. This is the PhotoMOS 1-form-A/1-form-B output type relay. It has more than 0.4mm internal insulation distance between inputs and outputs. It is applicable for 1-form-A, 1-form-B use as well as two independent 1-form-A and 1-form-B use. The PhotoMOS relay features extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage to enable control of low-level analogue signals without distortion.
