Product Overview
NCV3064DR2G is an NCV3064 series buck-boost switching regulator with an ON/OFF function. It is a higher frequency upgrade to the popular MC33063A and MC34063A monolithic DC-DC converter. This device consists of an internal temperature-compensated reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with an active current limit circuit, driver, and high current output switch. It was specifically designed to be incorporated in step-down, step-up, and voltage-inverting applications with a minimum number of external components. The ON/active-low OFF pin provides a low-power shutdown mode. The applications include high-power LED lighting, and battery chargers.
