Product Overview
The NCP705MT30TCG is a 3V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator with ultra-low noise and very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The device doesn't require any additional noise bypass capacitor to achieve ultra-low noise performance. The device employs dynamic IQ management for ultra-low quiescent current consumption at light-load conditions and great dynamic performance.
- 0.8V Reference voltage
- 13µA Ultra-low quiescent current of (typical)
- 12µVrms Ultra-low noise (from 100Hz to 100kHz)
- 230mV Typical at 500mA very low dropout
- ±2% Accuracy over load, line and temperature
- 71dB at 1kHz High PSRR
- Internal soft-start to limit the turn-ON inrush current
- Thermal shutdown and current limit protections
- Stable with a 1µF ceramic output capacitor
- Active output discharge for fast turn-OFF
