Product Overview
The MURS320T3G is a surface mount ultrafast Power Rectifier with an epoxy molded case, all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. This series employs the state-of-the-art epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. It is ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification or freewheeling and protection in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system.
