The FOD814A is a 1-channel 4-pin Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes, connected in inverse parallel, driving a silicon phototransistor output. It is suitable for AC line monitor, unknown polarity DC sensor and telephone line interface.
