The HMHA281R2 is a 1-channel 4-pin DC input half-pitch Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor. The lead pitch is 1.27mm. It is suitable for digital logic input, microprocessor input, twisted-pair line receiver and telephone line receiver.
