The G3VM-351AY1 from Omron is a standard type MOSFET relay in 4 pin DIP PCB terminal package. This compact, general purpose, analogue switching MOSFET relay has a high dielectric strength of 5KVAC between I/O using optical isolation. It is used in electrical power unit, test and measurement equipments.
