The MK21DN512AVMC5 is a 32-bit Kinetis K2x Microcontroller with USB control, based on ARM Cortex-M4 RISC architecture core operates at a maximum frequency of 50MHz. The device incorporates 512kB internal flash, 64kB internal RAM, one 16-bit SAR A/D converter, one 12-bit D/A converter and 64 general-purpose I/O pins.
