FRDM-KE04Z

The FRDM-KE04Z is an ultra low cost development platform for MKE04Z8VFK4 microcontroller built on ARM Cortex-M0+ processor and with 8KB flash. The MKE04Z8VFK4 is a most scalable portfolio of low power, high robustness, mixed signal 32bit MCU running up to 48MHz in the industry. This microcontroller includes a powerful array of analog, communication, timing and control peripherals with varying flash memory size and pin count. Additionally, it is a highly robust, cost effective and energy efficient device that provide appropriate entry level solution. Ultimately, this is next generation MCU solution, offering enhanced ESD/EMC performance for cost sensitive, high reliability device applications used in high electrical noise environments. The FRDM-KE04Z features two microcontrollers, the target microcontroller and OpenSDA microcontroller. The target microcontroller is a Kinetis E series KE04 family device and OpenSDA microcontroller is a Kinetis K series K20 family device K20DX128VFM5.
