Product Overview
The BAV99 series from NXP are surface mount high speed switching diode. These diodes are featured with dual, quadruple series of configuration and achieves high current conductivity in small package. It is mainly used for reverse polarity protection, high speed and general purpose switching applications.
- Maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V
- Power dissipation is 200mW and 250mW
- Ambient temperature range from -65°C to 150°C
- Non repetitive peak forward surge current is 4A at tp 1μs
- Reverse recovery time of 4ns
- Forward voltage of 1.25V at IF 150mA
- Available in SOT23, SC-88 and SC-70 case style
