BAT754S,215 is a planar dual schottky barrier diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a small SOT23 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. Typical applications include ultra-high-speed switching, line termination, voltage clamping, and reverse polarity protection.
- Low forward voltage, low capacitance
- Forward voltage is 200mV max at IF=0.1mA; pulsed; tp ≤ 300µs; δ ≤ 0.02; Tamb =25°C
- Reverse current is 2µA max at VR=25 V; pulsed; tp ≤ 300µs; δ ≤ 0.02; Tamb =25°C
- Diode capacitance is 10pF max at VR=1V; f=1MHz; Tamb=25°C
- Reverse voltage is 30V maximum
- Repetitive peak forward current is 300mA max at tp < 1 s; δ < 0.5
