Product Overview
74HCT1G14GV,125 is a single inverter with Schmitt-trigger input. This device inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. Schmitt trigger inputs transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined jitter-free output signals. It complies with JEDEC standards (JESD8C (2.7V to 3.6V), JESD7A (2V to 6V). It also features ESD protection (HBM JESD22-A114-A exceeds 2000V, MM JESD22-A115-1 exceeds 200V). It is used in applications such as wave and pulse shapers, astable multivibrators, monostable multivibrators.

- CMOS low power dissipation, unlimited input rise and fall times
- Balanced propagation delays, TTL input level
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B
- Wide supply voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V
- Input leakage current is 1μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND; VCC = 5.5V, -40°C to +85°C)
- Supply current is 10μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND; IO = 0A; VCC = 5.5V, -40°C to +85°C)
- Input capacitance is 1.5pF typical at (-40°C to +85°C)
- Propagation delay is 17ns typical at (VCC = 4.5V; CL = 50pF, -40°C to +85°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 5-lead SC-74A package
