Product Overview
74HC1G125GV,125 is a bus buffer/line driver with 3-state output. This device inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current-limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. It features ESD protection (HBM JESD22-A114F exceeds 2000V, MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200V). It complies with JEDEC standards (JESD8C (2.7V to 3.6V), JESD7A (2.0V to 6.0V).
- Wide supply voltage range from 2.0V to 6.0V
- CMOS low power dissipation, high noise immunity
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B
- CMOS input level, symmetrical output impedance
- High noise immunity, balanced propagation delays
- Input leakage current is 1.0μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND; VCC = 6.0V)
- OFF-state output current is 10μA maximum at (VI = VIH or VIL; VO = VCC or GND; VCC = 6.0V)
- Supply current is 20μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND; IO = 0A; VCC = 6.0V)
- Propagation delay is 150ns maximum at (VCC = 2.0V, -40°C to +125°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, SC-74A package
