74AHCT1G125GV,125 is a single buffer/line driver with 3-state output. This device inputs are overvoltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of this device as translator in mixed voltage environments. It features ESD protection (HBM: ANSI/ESDA/Jedec JS-001 class 2 exceeds 2000V, CDM: ANSI/ESDA/Jedec JS-002 class C3 exceeds 1000V).
- Wide supply voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V
- Overvoltage tolerant inputs to 5.5V, high noise immunity
- Symmetrical output impedance, CMOS low power dissipation
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level A
- Balanced propagation delays, TTL input level
- Input leakage current is 0.1μA maximum at (VI=5.5V or GND;VCC = 0V to 5.5V, 25°C)
- Supply current is 1μA maximum at (VI=VCC or GND;IO = 0A;VCC = 5.5V, 25°C)
- Propagation delay is 3.4ns typical at (VCC = 4.5V to 5.5V;CL = 15pF, 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
