The MUR1660CT is an Ultrafast Power Diode with epoxy moulded case and lead-free pure tin-plated terminals. The power diode features high temperature glass passivated junction, high voltage capability to 600V and current derating at both case and ambient temperatures.
- All external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish
- Low leakage specified at 150°C case temperature
- 16A Peak rectified forward current
- 2°C/W Junction to case maximum thermal resistance
