Product Overview
- Solderable enamelled copper wire
- Coated in self fluxing polyurethane
- Coating conforms to BS4520 Grade 2 (Incorporated within BS6811 Section 1, Pt. 3)
- Suitable for prototype wiring, PCB track repair, shorting links and coil forming
- Requires a temperature of 400℃ + to remove enamel
- Contains one each of Gold, Green, Pink and Violet reel
- Soldering temperature: 400°C to 480°C

Warnings
During soldering the polyurethane coating can produce small amounts of (T.D.I.) toluene di-isocyanate. Fume extraction may be required to ensure safety levels are not exceeded, i.e. (0.02 ppm).
