MBR1545

The MBR1545 is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier with an UL94V-0 flammability-rated plastic case. Using the Schottky barrier principle with a molybdenum barrier metal. This state-of-the-art geometry features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. It is ideally suited for low voltage high frequency rectification or as freewheeling and polarity protection diodes.
