The B360B-13-F is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier with moulded plastic over passivated chip case and solderable solder-plated as per MIL-STD-750 standard terminals. It is suitable for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection applications.
