MPM3620AGQV-Z

MPM3620AGQV-Z is a 24V/2A DC/DC module synchronous step-down converter with integrated inductor. It offers a compact solution that requires only 5 external components to achieve a 2A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input-supply range. Also, it provides fast load transient response. Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown (TSD). MPM3620A eliminates design and manufacturing risks while dramatically improving time-to-market. Typical applications include industrial controls, medical and imaging equipment, telecom and networking applications, LDO replacement and space and resource-limited applications.
