- High efficiency synchronous step-down switch mode converter in 14 pin QFN package
- 26mohm high-side, 11mohm low-side RDS(ON) for internal power MOSFETs
- 200KHz to 2MHz synchronized external clock
- Programmable soft-start (SS) time
- Open-drain power good (PG) indicator
- Full protection features include overvoltage/hiccup overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown
- Thermal shutdown
- Excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range
- Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization
