MP2410AGJ-P

MP2410AGJ-P is a 24V, monolithic, synchronous, step-down, white LED driver with a built-in power MOSFET and rectifier. It achieves up to 2A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation. Peak current mode operation provides a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The MP2410A incorporates both analog and PWM dimming onto a single control pin. The MP2410A implements deep analog dimming and PWM dimming. Full protection features include cycle-by-cycle peak-current limiting, output short-circuit protection (SCP), open LED protection, NTC thermal protection, and thermal shutdown. The application includes an infrared LED driver, general LED driver, flashlight, and handheld computers backlight.

• Thermal shutdown, auto-restart function, hysteretic voltage is 0.12V typical at (TJ = 25°C)
• Shutdown current is 10μA typical at (VIN = 12V, TJ = 25°C)
• Supply current is 0.9mA typical at (VEN = 2V, VFB = 200mV)
• Oscillator frequency is 1MHz typical at (VFB = 80mV, VIN = 12V, TJ = 25°C)
• Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, TSOT23-6 package
