- Synchronous step-down converter in 8 pin TSOT-23 package
- 80mohm/30mohm low RDS(ON) internal power MOSFETs
- Excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range
- Proprietary switching loss reduction technique
- High efficiency synchronous mode operation
- Can synchronize to a 300KHz to 3MHz external clock
- Externally programmable soft-start, hiccup mode
- Current mode operation provides a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization
- Protective features include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown and external SS control
