- Synchronous monolithic step-down switcher in 16 pin QFN package
- Very low quiescent current of 80μA
- EN and power good for power sequencing
- 100% duty cycle in dropout
- 60mohm and 30mohm internal power MOSFET switches
- Fault condition protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown
- Input voltage failure indicator, auto discharge at power-off
- Short circuit protection with hiccup mode
- Stable with low ESR output ceramic capacitors
- Constant-on-time control scheme provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization
