Product Overview
Glow-wire capable and halogen free CP-4.5 wire-to-wire connectors combine superb locking with fool-proof keyed, color-coded and polarized mating for reduced inventory and operational costs in consumer, industrial and power applications. Wide spectrum of housing colours allows quick identification of mating combinations for assembly and repair purposes. Positive inertia lock delivers an audible mating click, latch protection and secure terminal and mating retention.
- 206997 series CP-4.5 plug housing, 4.50mm pitch
- Integral beam supports both ends of the connector housing to prevent wire-snagging
- Polarization keys on housing ribs prevent mis-mating, which can cause electrical shorting
- Glow-wire capable, meets global safety standards
- Voltage (maximum) of 600V AC(RMS)/DC, current (maximum) of 2.0 to 10.0A
- Durability (maximum) of 30 cycles
- Nylon (UL94V-0, G/W) housing, nylon (UL94V-0, G/W) retainer
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +120°C
- Halogen free, conforms to environmental considerations
