Product Overview
The PSS50S71F6 is a DIL Intelligent Power Module with temperature output function. It features 3-phase DC/AC inverter, N-side IGBT open emitter and built-in bootstrap diodes with current limiting resistor. It is suitable for use with low power motor control applications.

- Fault signalling corresponding to SC fault (N-side IGBT), UV fault (N-side supply)
- Temperature outputting LVIC temperature by analogue signal
