Product Overview
The PSS30S92F6-AG is a DIL Intelligent Power Module with temperature output function. It features 3-phase DC/AC inverter, N-side IGBT open emitter and built-in bootstrap diodes with current limiting resistor. It is suitable for use with low power motor control applications.
- Drive circuit high voltage high-speed level shifting
- Control supply under-voltage protection
- Short circuit protection
- Fault signalling corresponding to SC fault (N-side IGBT), UV fault (N-side supply) and OT fault
- Temperature outputting LVIC temperature by analogue signal
- Input interface 3, 5V line, Schmitt trigger receiver circuit (high active)
