- Universal flash storage (UFS) controller and NAND flash
- Voltage range from 2.7 to 3.6VCC, VCCQ2 range from 1.7 to 1.95V
- Advanced 6-signal interface, differential I/O pins, 2 lanes supported
- High speed: gear 1/2/3 supported, permanent and power-on write protection
- Boot operation (high-speed boot), sleep mode, replay-protected memory block (RPMB)
- Background operation, reliable write, discard/Erase, command queuing
- Temperature event notification
- Retention qualifications - 5 years at 55°C at 10% of PE/1 year at 55°C at maximum PE
- 256GB density, 32Gbit NAND component
- 153-ball TFBGA package, operating temperature range from -40 to + 95°C
