- PFM feature for better light-load efficiency
- Fixed internal 3.75ms soft-start time
- Active-low RESET output, with pullup resistor to VCC
- Overcurrent and overtemperature protection (OCP and OTP)
- Complies with CISPR22(EN55022) Class B conducted and radiated emissions
