MAX4544CPA+

MAX4544CPA+ is a precision, single SPDT analogue switch. It is designed to operate from a single +2.7V to +12V supply and has a low power consumption of 5μW makes it ideal for battery-powered equipment. This switch also offers 5pC max charge injection and a minimum of 2000V ESD protection per method 3015.7. Typical applications include battery operated systems, sample and hold circuits, heads-up displays, guidance and control systems, audio and video switching, military radios, +3V/+5V DACs and ADCs, PBX, PABX, cell phones, ultrasound and pagers.

• Guaranteed break-before-make, TTL/CMOS-logic compatible
• On-resistance is 60 ohm max at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, TA=+25°C, ICOM=1.0mA, VNO or VNC=3.5V
• On-resistance match between channels is 0.8ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=5V, ICOM=1.0mA, VNO or VNC=3.5V
• On-resistance flatness is 2ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=5V, ICOM=1.0mA; VNO or VNC=1V, 2V, 3V
• Turn-on time is 35ns typ at TA=+25°C, VNO or VNC=3V
• Turn-off time is 25ns typ at TA=+25°C, VNO or VNC=3V
• Off-isolation is -76dB typ at RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, f=1MHz, TA=+25°C
• Crosstalk is -90dB typ at RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, f=1MHz, TA=+25°C
