Product Overview
The MAX1241CCSA+ is a +2.7V, low power 12bit serial analogue to digital converter (ADC) in 8 pin NSOIC package. This device use an input track/hold (T/H) and successive-approximation register (SAR) circuitry to convert an analogue input signal to a digital 12bit output. No external hold capacitor is needed for the T/H. It converts input signal from 0V to VREF range in 9µs including T/H acquisition time. It accepts voltages from 1V to VDD and operates in normal and shutdown mode. An excellent AC characteristics and very low power combined with ease of use and small package size makes this converter ideal for remote-sensor and data acquisition applications.
