IH5043CPE+

The IH5043CPE+ is a general purpose CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin DIP package. This is a dual SPDT switch featuring low 5nA leakage current and a quiescent current of less than 10µA. It also features break before make switching operation and low charge injection. Typical applications include sample and hold circuits, test equipment, PBX, PABX, guidance and control systems and military radios.

• Supply voltage range is ± 4.5V to ± 18V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Monolithic low power CMOS design
• Latch-up proof construction
• Input voltage range includes supplies
• Maximum drain source on resistance is 80 ohm
• Channel to channel RDS(ON) match is 5ohm
• TTL/CMOS compatible
• Switch on time is 400ns and switch off time is 200ns
• Charge injection is 20mV
