DG412DY+

The DG412DY+ is an improved quad SPST analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This device features low on-resistance matching between switch (3ohm maximum) and on-resistance flatness over the signal range (4ohm max) and low on-resistance switch conduct equally well in either direction. This switch is used in sample and hold circuits, heads-up displays, guidance & control systems, military radios, PBX, PABX and battery operated systems.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C

• Plug-in upgrade for industry standard

• Improved off leakage current over temperature (< 5nA at +85°C)
