Product Overview
The SMAJ series surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppression Diode designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It is ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits. It is used for surface mounted applications in order to optimize board space.
- 400W Peak pulse power capability at 10x1000μs waveform
- Glass passivated junction
- Low inductance
- Excellent clamping capability
- 0.01% Repetition rate (duty cycle)
- <lt/>1ps from 0V to V(BR) Minimum fast response time
- Available in unidirectional and bidirectional
- ESD protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2 (IEC801-2)
- EFT protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-4 (IEC801-4)
