Product Overview
XF-945-FAR is an IEC twist melt bolt thermocouple with standard thermocouple plug. Features rotational blade style tip allowing correct positioning for reduced resistance in the melt flow. Widely used in plastics extruders and injection molders. Designed to withstand high pressure applications experienced with molten plastics and polymers.
- Type J with 20mm blade tip
- Stainless steel bolt with 1/2” UNF-20 2A thread
- 152mm stem length, 20mm long blade tip immersion length
- Temperature range to 400°C, grounded hot junction
- Standard plug termination (round pin)
- Tolerance & color code in accordance with IEC-584 specification
