Product Overview
XF-1550-FAR is an IEC mineral insulated dual thermocouple with standard duplex Type K thermocouple plug. Typical applications include brick and cement kilns, glass industry, heat treatment and annealing furnaces, power stations, flues, heat exchangers etc. 310 stainless steel provides good corrosion & and oxidation resistance to suit a wide range of processes, satisfactorily operates in sulphur bearing atmospheres.
- 3mm probe diameter, 500mm probe length
- Insulated thermocouple junction
- Mineral insulated Type ‘K’ duplex thermocouple, mineral insulated probe with stainless steel sheath
- Sheath can be bent/formed to suit many applications and processes
- Dual element, junction insulated from sheath (offers protection against spurious electrical signal)
- Standard duplex plug termination (200°C)
- Conforms to IEC 584 specification
- Sensor type: duplex type ‘K’ (nickel chromium/nickel aluminum) to IEC 584
- Probe temperature range from -40°C up to +1100°C
- Termination: standard duplex plug, color coded ‘green’ in accordance IEC 584
