ICR2850

ICR2850 is an USB 1.1 Rover® 2850 2-port Cat5e (or better) port-powered USB extender system. It provides an extension of USB 1.1 connections at up to 12Mbps over 40m/131ft of solid conductor Cat 5e (or better) cabling. It is bus-powered and does not require an external power supply, It transmits power and data over the same solid conductor Cat 5 (or better) cable providing 400mA that is shared by both ports on the REX unit as long as the LEX unit is supplied with 800mA by the host computer. This extender is ideal for use with HID such as keyboards and mice. It provides support for any full-speed (12Mbps) or low-speed (1.5Mbps) USB device. The set includes both the local and remote units. It uses technology ideal for extending USB peripherals including: keyboards, mice, interactive white boards, and game controllers and does not require external power adapters.
