The AVX TPS series capacitors are low ESR, robust Mn02 solid electrolyte polarized tantalum chip capacitors. The capacitance value ranges from 0.15µF to 1500µF.
- EIA 0805, 1206, 1210, 2312, 2917, 2924 case sizes available
- Rated voltage range of 2.5VDC to 50VDC
- Available in ±10% and ±20% tolerance
- Operating temperature range -55°C to 125°C
- Meets 55/125/56 (IEC 68-2) standard
