Product Overview
The NC20 series NTC SMD Chip Thermistor is especially developed for surface mounting applications. It is widely used for temperature compensation but can also achieve temperature control of printed circuits. Its silver-palladium-platinum metallization provides a high degree of resistance to dewetting of the terminations during soldering (typically 260°C/30s).
